MYOB 電腦會計課程

課程簡介

LCCI考試局在 2004 年 3 月份頒佈一項全新的考試科目- computerised accounting (電腦會計)，此項考試的目的在於評核學生將會計常識應用在電腦會計軟件上，computerised accounting考試分為level 2及level 3 (不設level 1考試)，LCCI考試局指定採用MYOB軟件應考。

証書好處

LCCI會計証書在國際上已擁有廣泛認受性，若學生再考獲LCCI電腦會計証書，無論在工作就業或升學，將更勝人一籌。

課程內容

Company data files
set up the data file and chart of accounts for a sole trader
Chart of accounts
1. create, edit and delete accounts
2. generate the company's chart of accounts
Cash books
1. record:
  - cash sales and other receipts
    (including bank interest earned)
  - cash purchases and other payments
    (including bank charges)
  - petty cash transactions
2. reconcile the balance between the bank statement and the cash books
3. generate:
  - the bank reconciliation report
  - cash receipts and disbursement reports
General ledger
1. set up fixed assets and depreciation accounts
2. record the journal entries for depreciation
Sales ledger
1. create new customers and enter customer information
2. set up payment terms and credit limits for each customer
3. generate:
  - customer listing
  - sales invoices
  - credit notes
  - accounts receivables aging reports
  - customers' statement of accounts
4. create sales invoices
5. enter adjustments for:
  - pricing
  - quantity differences
  - returns inwards
6. record customers' payments details
Purchase ledger
1. create new vendors and enter vendor information
2. set up payment terms for each vendor
3. generate vendors listing
4. crete purchase orders
5. convert purchase orders to supplier invoices
6. record goods received
7. record goods outwards
8. enter payments details
9. generate payables aging reports
Inventory
1. create item codes and enter item details
2. enter sales transactions involving inventory items, including returns inwards
3. enter purchases transactions involving inventory items, including returns outwards
4. enter adjustments for pricing or stock differences
5. generate stock reports
6. reconcile the closing balance in the stock reports and stock in hand
Reports and file maintenances
1. generate the following reports:
  - trial balance
  - balance sheet
  - profit and loss statement
2. back up the data file

上課書本

學生無須出外購買書本，教師將自行編製完整筆記派發給學生。

代報考試

教師將會在課堂上講解LCCI考試情況及派發報考表格，LCCI考試將於課程完成後大約在1 - 2個星期內進行。

入學資格

必須具備Level 2 Book-keeping & accounts會計常識。

授課語言

廣東話解釋內容，輔以英語。
