本校於1992年4月創立，由多位基督徒，包括現職會計師及教師籌備成立，目的提供各界人仕深造及進修機會，以應付香港商業社會之需要。
成立一所學校需要符合教育條例，註冊學校受教育局監管範圍包括：課室設備、走火設備、課程內容、收費準則及教師資歷。如符合以上要求，教育局便發出學校註冊證。本校乃香港教育局正式註冊的學校，註冊證書已張貼於本校之校務處。
